Hi, Just wanted some feedback about a new 18 seater Hummer limo i have just bought. Its cost more than the mortgage on my house so am hoping it works out for me. It is one of the biggest hummer limos available in the UK and is COIF approved, which basically mean its road legal to carry 18 passengers. take a look and get back to me at my website. http://www.earlsweddingcars.co.uk

Traditionally, the limo hire has been an extension of a large sedan. A longer frame and wheelbase allow the rear passenger compartment to contain the usual forward facing passenger seat but with a substantial amount of footroom more than is actually needed. Usually then two "jump seats" are mounted, facing rearward behind the driver limo hire. These seats fold up when not in use. In this way, up to five persons can be carried in the aft compartment in comfort, and up to two additional persons carried in the driver's compartment, for a total capacity of seven passengers in addition to the luxury car. This type of seat configuration has however become less popular in recent limousines. Newer limousines such as the Maybach 62, Audi Maybach 62, Audi A8L, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Hummer H2, Leyland Miracle, BMW 760li, Lincoln Town Car limo hire. L Edition, and the Cadillac DTS do not feature such seats since stretch limousines are usually used to transport more than three passengers, excluding the limo hire driver. In production American limousine hire however, the jump seats almost always faced forward. The last production limousine, by Cadillac, with forward facing jump seats was in 1987, the last Packard in 1954, and the last Lincoln in 1939, though Lincoln has offered limo hire through their dealers as special order vehicles from time to time. Vehicles of these luxury cars in private use may contain expensive audio players, televisions, video players, and bars, often with refrigerators. It is simpler and more straightforward to determine the effects of altering a separate chassis than it is to determine the effects of altering a load-bearing unit body. For this reason, the automobile of choice for conversion into stretch luxury car is currently the Lincoln Town Car, whose Panther platform is one of the last remaining automotive platforms using a separate load-bearing chassis. However, coachbuilders have recently built many new models of luxury cars limo hire based on SUVs with separate load-bearing chassis, including Hummer H2s and Another type of vehicle modified for multiple passenger use is the motorized stage, applied to the same tasks as the earlier stagecoach. It is not considered a true livery vehicles but rather in its design and application is between a sedan and a bus. While a bus will have a central interior aisle for access to seating, a stage has multiple doors that allow access to transverse forward facing seats. Examples of the type were constructed not only from sedans limo hire (e.g., Chrysler New Yorker, Cadillac DeVille), but also from station wagons; many of the station wagon conversions sported a large rack, running the length of the roof, for carrying the passengers' baggage. This type of vehicle was once rather common in some locations. An example of its use was in the transport of travelers arriving by railroad at Merced, California to Glacier National Park and Yosemite National Park limo hire in the first half of the 20th century. In Glacier National Park, these were referred to as "Jammers" in reference to the nickname of their gear-jamming drivers. In Yosemite, passengers would then stay in rustic platform tent camps or more expensive lodges and hike or rent bicycles for movement around the park

CFD reunion?!? Damn, didn't find out until just now. Would have loved to see that. Refering to a question about a Moss Icon complete discography...No there is no such thing. Lyburnum was a sort of discography of unreleased versions and songs, but there's nothing with all the 7"'s, comp tracks, split 12" etc. I'd love this to be a reality but I've tried getting a hold of the band members and it seems they're just not interested. Bummer... Can't believe this blabberboard is still going!! Crazyness...

i worked with James only very briefly on a recent project. I did not get a chance to get to know him well, though. By every account, he was a very cool guy. so sad.

I saw that story, too. Pretty tragic in many ways, particulary when it took a week for a rescue team to begin the search, and I read that the family had to pay for a helicopter search. What's with that? Anyway, I have two books launching this spring of which I am quite proud: a true crime memoir and a revised pregnancy book. I'm doubtful they'll find readers on this board. Nevertheless, that's what I've spend the good part of the past 12 months doing. How about you?

bernie - i read about the James Kim story last week. seriously awful. was this someone you worked with and/or were close to? my sister was working with him when TechTV was still around...it hit her semi-hard. hope that all is well. where is everyone? spam-free board and nobody cares. we need some life breathed back into this shit!

Bernie! I just bought a ton of 7"s at Spindle in Lincoln, most of which were yours, most of which cost $.99! I picked up a Caulfield test pressing even though I couldn't identify what the hell it was when I had them play it. Possibly Ethyl Meserve? I think it was catalog number CR-28. Anyway, another 7" had a note inside that someone wrote to you. So cute! OK, Dan J.

whoa...just checking in. can't believe it's spamless here. the apocalypse is truly upon us. chrisPA, Subpoena the Past's stuff should still be available on GSL if i'm not mistaken. i'm totally out of the loop on current music, but do have to comment that the newest Twilight Singers album is fucking mind-blowing. also saw Big Business open for the Melvins not that long ago and they were pretty damn impressive. Joe Lally also played some solo stuff beforehand, and it was about the most boring thing i've ever heard. hope all is well in this spam-free edition of the blabber!

Speaking of Broken Hearts are Blue...I've been trying to find Truth about Love for a while now. An old friend of mine played them for me about 8 or 9 years ago and I bought the cd of which I can no longer find, and lately I've been missing alot of stuff that I used to listen to. Long story short, does anyone no where I can find a copy of this amazing record?
